This policy explains how cancellation, compensation, and refunds are handled for notcourse purchases processed through Lemon Squeezy.
1. Digital access and service start
After payment, access to notcourse digital simulators is provided immediately.
By completing a purchase, you expressly request immediate access delivery.
2. Subscription cancellation
You can cancel subscription renewal at any time from your account billing settings or by contacting support.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Access remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
Unless required by applicable law, partial refunds for unused subscription time are generally not provided.
3. Refunds and compensation
As a general policy, payments are non-refundable once digital access has been delivered.
Depending on the situation, we may offer account credit or bonus access (for example, one complimentary month) instead of a monetary refund.
Where required by applicable law or payment-provider rules, we issue a monetary refund.
4. Technical issues
If purchased content cannot be accessed due to a confirmed technical issue on our side, we will investigate and attempt to resolve it promptly.
If the issue cannot be resolved in a reasonable timeframe, we may provide compensation or a refund.
5. Chargebacks and abuse
For billing concerns, please contact support before filing a chargeback so we can try to resolve the issue quickly.
Fraudulent claims, abuse of refund policy, or repeated payment disputes may result in account restrictions.
6. How to request support or refund review
Email support with your account email, order ID, and a brief description of the issue.
We review requests case-by-case and typically respond within 48 hours.
7. Payment processor
Payments, tax handling, and invoicing are provided by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record.
Payment operations may also be subject to Lemon Squeezy policies and applicable legal requirements.
